The collection consists mainly of photographs taken during Miss Coll's association with charity agencies in Baltimore during the 1930s. Of particular interest in the collection are Miss Coll's reminiscences of Hopkins professor of history, Frederic Chapin Lane (1900-1984) recorded onto four cassettes.
